Over the course of nearly 12 years at NIKE, I wrote and distributed hundreds of articles, newsletters, social media posts, and pieces of promotional material. I also wrote dozens of employee trainings, both for in-person delivery, and e-learning deployment.

Sweet Fish was a freelance client of mine for nearly 7 years. Over the course of that time, I produced hundreds of buisness blog articles, podcast recaps, and also project managed several shows.

I spent several years at 2Words writing High School athletic leadership cirricculum, including workbooks, talking points for coaches, and activities for student athletes.
